Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your email address, plan, usage totals, API key hashes (never the keys themselves), team membership and webhook settings.
• Logs you upload: stream keys and RTMP credentials are redacted before analysis. We keep the diagnosis results for your share link, not the raw log.
• Probes: the stream URL (with keys redacted), measurements, events and small preview snapshots.
• Live monitor: runs in your browser and connects directly to OBS, vMix, Streamlabs or Meld on your computer. Monitor data and connection settings stay in your browser (local storage) unless you choose "share report", which uploads that summary to create a link.
• Newsletter: your email, if you subscribe.
• Technical: IP addresses and request data for rate limiting, security and abuse prevention.

We do not sell your data, run advertising trackers, or use third-party analytics.

Payments

Card details are entered on Stripe's pages and handled by Stripe. We store only Stripe customer/subscription IDs and payment records.

Processors

• Stripe: payments and billing.
• Resend: sign-in links, account and alert emails, newsletter contacts.
• Fly.io: runs cloud probes in your chosen region (stream URL and measurements only).
• Cloudflare: network delivery and protection for streamrx.io.

Retention

• Probe results: 7 days.
• Anonymous analysis sessions: 24 hours after last activity.
• Sign-in links: 15 minutes; sign-in sessions: 30 days.
• Shared reports: until you ask us to delete them.
• Account data: while your account is open; deleted within 30 days of your request, except billing records we must keep for tax and accounting.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to delete a shared report. Unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link in any email.

Security

We use HTTPS, store API keys and sign-in tokens only as hashes, and limit access to data. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users of a breach as the law requires.

Children

StreamRx is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
