Terms of Service

Last updated October 23, 2026. This is a plain-language policy written for a small service; it is not legal advice. Questions: [email protected]. See also Terms · Privacy · Refunds.

1. Who we are

StreamRx ("we", "us") operates streamrx.io: stream log diagnosis, a browser-based live monitor, stream probes, and an API/MCP server for AI agents. By using StreamRx you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you can accept them for it.

2. Accounts

You can use some tools without an account. Accounts use a one-time sign-in link emailed to you; there is no password. Keep your email and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys, including by teammates you invite and AI agents you give a key to.

3. Plans and billing

4. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep paid features until then. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with a pro-rated refund of prepaid subscription time where we close an account without cause.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of logs, URLs and data you submit. You give us permission to process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service and beta features

Some features are marked beta. Results are diagnostic guidance, not guarantees, and the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, StreamRx is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (such as lost revenue from a failed stream), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will email account holders or post a notice before they take effect. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New York have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
